A pre-interview to meet the family and pets is the basis for a long term relationship. All pet history is collected. Preferences, feeding routines, medications, and exercise routines are planned. Veterinary appointments do not need to be missed!

Bonding with your pet is the largest reward in caring for them. Friends for life are developed. Owners look forward to Happy Tails Napa Valley returning as they know their pet and home are well taken care of and secure.

Owners also provide home care requests to keep the home running in tip top shape and secure while traveling.

While you are away, owners receive email updates on the pets activities and surprise pictures of their latest antics.
